I have given up the gym and it has changed my life! After injuring by back while sitting on the floor (WTF!?!), I decided that I had to start adding more weights to my routine. I am a former personal trainer and have always worked out, but I have struggled with old injuries from a car accident in high school and a wrist injury as an adult. I am so glad that I found a workout that I can do at home that actually works! I am in the best shape of my life, after 2 kids. I have amazing energy, I feel strong and most importantly, I am injury free!
